Hare + Klein have released two successful handknot rug collections with Designer Rugs. Their rugs employ hemp, silk and other materials to create a layered, textured feel, and use a traditional abrash technique, which hand dyes Tibetan wool in small vats to create interesting and unique colour variations.

The result is an artisanal effect where varying autumnal shades feature intimate, complex characteristics. The subtlety of the designs are their strength, with textures and colours used are more reminiscent of abstract paintings on canvas, crafted by hand from silk, hemp and wool in place of oil paint and raw canvas.

Vacuum regularly - we do not recommend using rotating or brush head vacuum cleaners on any of our rugs, or vacuum cleaners with a very strong suction.

Clean spills immediately. Never rub a spill, instead blot any liquids with a dry absorbent white cloth or white paper towel.

Do not steam clean or dry-clean your rug, and avoid harsh chemicals. Our rugs are not machine-washable.

Direct sunlight will cause fading - avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
